Time: 8:30-3:30 (clinic hours are 9 AM-3 PM)
Location: Stephen F. Gale School Annex, 7650 N. Marshfield Ave, Chicago, IL 60626
Partner: Family Matters
Additional Info: There is free street parking in the area and a small parking lot south of the building. There is an additional parking lot across the street for use, if needed. Lunch will be provided.
